The PN18-5900WM is designed to provide directional coverage as part of a specialized ITS/DSRC network at 5.9 GHz.

This compact antenna measures only 5.8 x 5.8 (146 mm x 146 mm). The WM model is provided with the hardware for an adjustable wall mount. A pole mounting version is also available.

It is designed for efficient point-to-point coverage. Both the elevation beamwidth and the azimuth beamwidth are 20 . The front-to-back ratio is 25 dB minimum.

In addition to being electrically efficient, the antenna is also mechanically sound. The antenna is rated for 10 Watts of power and a temperature range of -30 C to +80 C. It has a wind survival rating of 100 mph minimum, even with 1/2 (13 mm) radial ice.
